FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES WILL UNFORTUNATELY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR APPLICATION.

1. Any nanny/applicant found to be supplying false or misleading information will have their application terminated.

2. Regular contact with the office ensures that you are aware of all recent positions registered. If the position discussed is unsuitable then inform the agency immediately, otherwise it will be assumed you ARE going to make contact.

3. All client information is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to any other person.

4. On contacting clients be sure to tell them you have been given their details by Rockinghorse. Give as many details about yourself and your employment history as possible.

5. ALWAYS inform Rockinghorse of the date and time of your interview. If you do not wish to proceed with your application you must inform the agency.

6. ALWAYS telephone the family if you have to cancel an interview or cannot begin work at the agreed time. Telephone Rockinghorse if you cannot reach the family concerned.

7. On being offered any position notify Rockinghorse IMMEDIATELY. You must not rely on our clients to keep us posted.

8. Always let us know if a family contacts you directly and asks you to work or baby-sit. NEVER work or baby-sit without informing Rockinghorse. Failure to do so may effect your chances of finding future employment through Rockinghorse and other employment agencies.

9. Please inform Rockinghorse if you no longer require employment.

10. Rockinghorse does not insure applicants/employees against accident or possible claims against a third party. Any applicant introduced by Rockinghorse is solely responsible for his or her own acts or omissions.

Please remember that Rockinghorse is available not only to help you find a position but to also offer you support once you have taken on a position. Please do not hesitate to call us with any queries or problems that may arise.
